11th House:

We know that from the natural Zodcia which is Aries the 3rd and 6th house are Gemini and Virgo whose lord is Mercury.  Mercury denotes communication,learning,friends and the ability to learn.  All these are requried for the growth of the native in the society.  If suppose Mercury is not in a good position in the chart all the traits of Mercury are hampered..
