Planets placed in a particular sign gave directional strength which is called as Sthana Bala. The placements of these planet in the directions given below should be seen from Lagna and also Arudha lagna point of view. The reason behind this logic is that when such planets are looked from the lagna point of view is when a native goes towards the direction where the planet is placed and gains directional strength the native would acquire knowlegdge and if the change of place or movement of the body in the direction of the planets called as Directional strength planets native would gain money which can be seen from Arudha Lagna

1,4,7,10 is Bhoo Sakthi(kendra from AL) and planets like Venus and Mercury are good from AL
2,5,8,11 is Shree Sakhthi(Panapara from AL) and planets like Sun,Moon,Jupiter are good from AL
3,6,9,12 is Neela Sakhthi(Apoklimas from AL) and planets like Mars,Saturn,Rahu and ketu are good when placed in these house from AL

We can also check which direction is not good for the person. For this you need to see the 8th house from lagna. See which sign it is and who is the lord.

Step 2:
Count as many as signs you have counted in the step 1

The sign so arrived after completing step 1 and 2 is your A8

After calculating the steps and arriving at A8 and the sign in which it is placed see the direction from the table given above and decide that the direction represented by that sign is not good. Native should either close that direction or move out of that direction to have a good and peaceful life
